Kesselring Pinot Gris 1.0L

Kesselring Pinot Gris 1.0L
A Pinot Gris in magnum format – more wine, longer maturation, a better starting point for all those who have more than just one glass in mind.
Lukas Kesselring runs his vineyard in the Palatinate and is one of the region's most noteworthy producers. His Pinot Gris is characterized by its dry style: ripe pear, white peach, and a touch of spice on the finish, all supported by a fresh acidity without any harshness. The 1.0-liter bottle slows down the aging process compared to the standard bottle – a real advantage for wines that need some aeration.
Serve in a glass at 10–12 °C. Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, risotto, pan-fried pike-perch, or mildly aged mountain cheese. Perfect for gatherings where a second pour is appreciated.
Lukas Kesselring stands for wines that don't hide their origin – but celebrate it. The young winemaker from Germany works close to the vineyard, listens to what nature tells him, and brings to the glass what many are looking for: honesty with depth.
His wines are not a loud statement, but a quiet promise. Precise, vibrant, and with a clarity that you immediately sense – with the first sip as with the last.
