José L. Ferrer Crianza

The José L. Ferrer Crianza is an intensely red wine with subtle purple reflections. It displays a beautifully smooth rim. It is dominated by the high proportion of Mantonegro grapes and its 12 months of aging in barriques. After barrel aging, it receives its final touch through 24 months of bottle aging. Its aromas are reminiscent of black berries, cocoa, and dried fruits, with subtle toasty notes also emerging. The taste is balanced and fresh, developing primarily fruity notes and nuances reminiscent of balsamic vinegar. It has a good structure and a full-bodied character. The finish is particularly marked by toasty aromas and a hint of licorice. This wine is the flagship of Mallorcan wine culture! A must-try!
