Jabalí Garnacha - Cabernet Rosado

A rosé from the heart of Aragon – produced by Bodegas Paniza in the Cariñena region, where Garnacha grapes thrive on the barren limestone-clay soil. This blend of Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon combines the fruity warmth of the native grape variety with the structure and freshness of the Cabernet.

In the glass, the wine shines a bright salmon pink. The nose reveals red currant, fresh strawberry, and a hint of white blossom. On the palate, lively acidity, a light body, and a dry finish with pleasant length.

Ideally served chilled at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, paella, tapas, or a summery tomato salad with feta.

Bodegas Paniza

The winery is named after the town of Paniza, where it is located in the foothills of the Sierra Paniza mountain range, which rises to over 1000 meters. The eagle still makes its home there today. Even in the ancient Kingdom of Aragon, Cariñena was an important wine-growing region. Modernity and tradition coexist, and the youthful Agostón wines satisfy both modern, trendy, and traditional tastes: they are fresh, approachable, juicy, and simply delicious. These are uncomplicated, high-quality wines, rarely found in Cariñena. Virgen del Aguila used only new oak for both red wines, creating a perfect harmony with the pronounced youthful fruit aromas.
