The Jabali Garnacha-Syrah boasts a luscious sweetness with aromas of juicy cherries and spicy hints of pepper and bay leaf. A wine that delights young and old alike. Modernity and tradition coexist, and the youthful Agostón wines satisfy both modern, trendy, and traditional tastes: they are fresh, approachable, juicy, and incredibly drinkable. Simply uncomplicated, high-quality wines, rarely found in the Cariñena region. Virgen del Aguila used only new oak for both red wines, creating a perfect harmony with the pronounced youthful fruit aromas. The wine was fermented in wooden tanks.

The Bodega
The name of the bodega is named after the town of Paniza, in which the bodega is located, situated in the foothills of the Sierra Paniza mountain range, which is over 1000 meters high. The eagle is still at home there today. Already in the old Kingdom of Aragón, Cariñena was an important wine-growing region.
Modernity and tradition exist side by side, and the youthful Agostón wines meet modern, trendy as well as traditional demands: they are fresh, accessible, full of juiciness and drinking pleasure.
Simply uncomplicated wines at a high level, which one rarely finds in Cariñena. Virgen del Aguila has used exclusively new wood for both red wines, which creates a perfect harmony with the very pronounced youthful fruit aromas.
