On the nose, dried apple peel, a hint of hay and fresh herbal spice, with light blossoms in the background. On the palate, it is delicately juicy and elegant, with a lively acidity that keeps the wine vibrant. The finish brings a subtle salty minerality and a long aftertaste of fresh apple peel – complex for a wine of this category.

Best served at 8–10 °C . Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pan-fried pike-perch, goat cheese, or a simple dinner with good bread and cold cuts. Also a good choice as an uncomplicated aperitif.
