Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung Riesling

A Riesling from the Pfalz that carries its name with a certain lightness: Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung from the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett winery is vinified dry and shows what the Pfalz can do with white wine — warmth from the sun and yet freshness.

Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is one of the reliable addresses in the southern Pfalz. The winery works with Riesling sites that benefit from the region's warm climate — more sun than on the Mosel or Nahe, but with a sufficient acid structure to maintain the tension typical of Riesling.

In the glass, the wine reveals aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and a hint of green herbs. The acidity is present but integrated — not harsh, but a wine with drive and drinkability. The finish is clear and dry, with a slightly mineral note in the aftertaste.

Good with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, tarte flambée, or light poultry with herb sauce. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.
