Fili FILI Vino Frizzante Prosecco DOC

Frizzante instead of Spumante : The FILI Prosecco DOC comes in the glass with deliberately reduced perlage – finer and more subtle than a classic Spumante, with less pressure on the palate.

The nose reveals aromas of white peach, ripe pear, and green apple, along with a light banana note and a hint of acacia blossom. On the palate, it is fresh and light-bodied, with lively acidity that supports the fruitiness. The finish is short and clean – typical of the Frizzante style.

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C. It makes a great aperitif with bruschetta, prosciutto crudo or caprese – or as a base for an Aperol Spritz, where the subtle bubbles keep the drink fresher than a strong sparkling wine.
