Fetzer Cabernet Sauvignon Valley Oaks

Fetzer Winery has been one of Northern California's most renowned wineries since the 1960s and was an early adopter of sustainable farming practices. The Valley Oaks label represents easy-drinking wines from the Central Valley and surrounding vineyards – approachable and approachable without being heavy or unappealing.

In the glass, the wine shines a deep cherry-purple. The nose offers blackcurrant, blackberry, and ripe cherry, with a distinct undertone of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla. On the palate, it is juicy and full-bodied, with firm but smooth tannins. The finish is slightly smoky with roasted notes and cocoa – longer than one would expect from an entry-level wine.
