Etter Hazelnut Spirit 0.35L

A hazelnut distillate from the Etter distillery – the Zug-based distillery renowned for generations for its precise fruit brandies. Haselnüssli Geist is aimed at those seeking clear spirits beyond the classic fruit brandies.

The base is hazelnuts from Piedmont, one of Europe's most important growing regions for this fruit. The crystal-clear distillate matures for 24 months in 50-liter demijohns – a traditional method that allows the brandy time to mellow without absorbing any wood aromas. The nose offers intense nutty spice, the palate nougat and a hint of caramel, and a long, dry finish.

Neat, slightly chilled to 10–12 °C, after a meal. Pairs well with dark chocolate, hazelnut pastries, or as a finishing touch after a cheese course with mild mountain cheese.
