The grapes grow on calcareous slopes in southern France, where the light from the Pyrenees region ensures aromatic ripeness. In the glass, lively citrus notes, a hint of exotic fruits, and a fresh, invigorating acidity are revealed. Three months of lees aging in stainless steel tanks give the wine richness and body – without sacrificing its natural lightness.

Served well chilled, it goes perfectly with grilled fish, goat cheese, or a light pasta dish. It's also delicious on its own – on the patio, in good company.

Domaine Chiroulet – an independent family winery for over 150 years. 65 hectares of vineyards at the highest altitude in Gascony, approximately 180 meters above sea level. The name comes from the wind – "Chiroula" in the local dialect. It blows continuously, and together with the southern exposure, the vines produce healthy grapes and the highest quality. Philippe Fézas, a sixth-generation winemaker, is considered a "wine artist" of Gascony. In 2015, Chiroulet was awarded the title of best winery in Gascony by the French wine guide Bettane+Desseauve.
