Delheim Edelspatz Noble Late Harvest 0.375L
Botrytis sweet wine from the heart of Stellenbosch – concentrated but not heavy, with an acidity that balances the sweetness.
Delheim is one of the most traditional wineries in the Simonsberg-Stellenbosch region. The Hoheisen family has managed the estate since the 1950s; their Edelspatz has been one of South Africa's most renowned sweet wines for decades. This wine is made exclusively from grapes affected by noble rot ( Botrytis cinerea ) – hand-picked in several passes when the grapes' water content is at its lowest.
In the glass, it displays a deep golden yellow color. The nose offers aromas of dried apricot, candied quince, and a hint of orange marmalade. On the palate, the wine is dense and creamy without being cloying – the natural acidity balances the sweetness and ensures a fresh, lingering finish.

- Temperature: 8–10 °C
