Courvoisier once again demonstrates its expertise in crafting exquisite spirits with this harmoniously blended, balanced, and fruity VSOP Cognac. The eaux-de-vie used in this cognac are aged between six and ten years and originate from the Champagne region of France. The company matures its VSOP in Limousin and Tronçais oak barrels, imparting a distinctive woody aroma. On the nose, the Courvoisier VSOP Cognac is intensely fruity and full-bodied, with lingering notes of oak and coffee, and the expressiveness of a young, vibrant cognac. The palate reveals a harmonious interplay of robust coffee flavors, brown sugar, a hint of apple, and creamy, smooth nuances. The finish is short but intense, revealing smoky cinnamon and a lingering sweetness of dark berries.
