Veuve Ambal manages around 250 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy – divided into six different terroirs. You can feel this depth in the glass: a delicate, luminous rosé, fine-beaded mousseux that lingers on the palate. The nose shows elegant red berries – fresh, not overloaded, with a fine spice in the background.
