Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Tastevinage

Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Tastevinage
A classic Crémant from the heart of Burgundy, combining the traditional method with Burgundian Chardonnay elegance. Finely sparkling, dry, and with a clear structure—a sparkling wine that delivers far more than its price suggests.
With approximately 250 hectares, Veuve Ambal is one of Burgundy's most important Crémant producers. The Tastevinage seal is not a marketing label, but a genuine distinction: only wines that pass the blind tasting of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin are allowed to bear it. The Chardonnay comes from Burgundian vineyards and is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation.
In the glass, it displays a pale straw yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet opens with notes of toasted bread and white blossoms—hawthorn and linden blossom. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with fresh acidity and a clean, dry finish without any heaviness.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with goat cheese, salmon tartare, or light appetizers. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C.
Since 1898, Veuve Ambal has stood for the very best that Burgundy has to offer in sparkling wine. This family-run winery in the heart of Burgundy has one great passion: Crémant de Bourgogne – with its fine bubbles, genuine elegance, and a character that makes every occasion special.
Whether a relaxed brunch, an impromptu aperitif with friends, or a festive dinner – a glass of Veuve Ambal transforms the moment. The cuvées impress with their lightness and finesse, have won numerous awards, and are always a delight.
