Champagne de Saint Gall Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru Extra Brut

The Champagne de Saint Gall Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru Extra Brut is Champagne in its purest, freshest form – a 100% Chardonnay that captures the pure elegance of the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. It shines with a fine, effervescent structure, a bright, straw-yellow hue, and a hint of gold, promising quality beyond mere bubbles.

On the palate, it is lively, silky, and racy all at once, with a tightly knit, fine, and sparkling mousse that captivates the nose and lingers long after the last sip. At around 12.5% ABV, ideally served at 6–8 °C, it is perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, scallops, simple fish, or creamy, dairy cheeses.

Champagne de Saint Gall

Champagne de Saint Gall represents something rare in Champagne: true collaboration. Over 2,000 winegrowers from 15 cooperatives bring together their finest grapes – all from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Since 1966, the Union Champagne has united this collective knowledge and passed it down from generation to generation. The result: Champagnes of great purity and elegance that you can taste in every glass. Chardonnay is particularly close to the winemakers' hearts – and it shows. The Blanc de Blancs cuvées showcase this grape variety in its purest form: fresh, delicate, and full of character. But Pinot Noir also receives the attention it deserves.
