Aperol 1.0 liter

Aperol has been around since 1919 — and the recipe hasn't changed since. The Barbieri brothers first introduced the orange-red aperitif in Padua, based on rhubarb, cinchona bark, gentian, and bitter oranges. The result: a slightly bitter, fruity-spicy flavor with 11% alcohol by volume , which pairs particularly well with sparkling drinks.

For a classic Aperol Spritz: 6 cl Prosecco over ice, 4 cl Aperol, a splash of soda, and an orange slice. For a more tart option, mix an Aperol Sour: 4 cl Aperol, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl sugar syrup, shaken, poured over ice, and topped with soda. The 1-liter bottle is enough for several rounds and is perfect for garden parties, summer evenings, or as a base for your home bar.

Campari

When you think of aperitivo, you think of Campari. Since Gaspare Campari created his bittersweet herbal liqueur in Milan in 1860, the group has stood for the Italian pre-meal ritual – unpretentious, convivial, and unmistakably red. Today, the Campari Group unites over 50 brands under one roof, including Aperol from Padua in the Veneto region, the non-alcoholic Crodino, and the artichoke bitter Cynar. What they all have in common: recipes that have stood the test of time and a keen sense for the perfect moment in the afternoon.
