CALOW Raspberry Elderberry

CALOW Raspberry-Elderflower is a ready-to-drink wine aperitif with approximately 5% ABV – less alcohol than classic aperitifs, and without added sugar or artificial sweeteners. Its profile: ripe raspberry, floral elderflower, and a lightly fruity and fresh finish.

The drink comes pre-mixed in the bottle – chill, pour, and enjoy. According to the manufacturer, it contains up to 70% fewer calories than comparable aperitifs. Perfect as an aperitif before a light summer meal, on the balcony, or as a simple alternative to the classic Spritz.

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C, neat over ice or mixed with mineral water.

CALOW is a Berlin-based startup founded in 2020 by Benno Orschulik and Markus Diekmann with the mission of reimagining Spritz. The inspiration came from Barcelona: a drink that was far too sweet and the personal desire to enjoy it in a lighter and more mindful way, without completely abstaining from alcohol.
