Borgo Molino was founded in 1922 and has belonged to the Nardin family for three generations. Today, brothers Paolo and Pietro Nardin manage the winery in the Veneto: Paolo, as a trained oenologist, is responsible for the cellar, and Pietro for the commercial business. This clear division of tasks shapes the house's style — artisanal precision meets entrepreneurial continuity.
The winery's sites are located in the core area of the Prosecco DOC and DOCG, where the hill ranges between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene shape the microclimate. Calcareous soils, morning mists from the Piave Valley, and dry afternoons ensure grapes with fine acidity and aromatic freshness — the foundation for Proseccos that go beyond the ordinary.
Sustainability is not a marketing term for the Nardins, but a lived practice: gentle soil cultivation, targeted canopy management, and a vinification that lets the terroir speak instead of over-processing it. The result is wines that clearly show their origin — from the light Frizzante to the structured Superiore di Cartizze.
