Wirz's fine egg liqueur comes from the Wein & Spirituosen Center Wirz and bears the signature of a house product with a clear quality standard: The eggs used come exclusively from KAT-certified farms with controlled floor housing — a difference that is noticeable in the freshness and color of the liqueur.

In the glass, it displays the typical golden-yellow color of a well-made egg liqueur. The nose offers aromas of vanilla and egg yolk, while the palate is creamy and smooth with a mild sweetness and a warm, short finish. At 20% ABV, it falls within the classic range—strong enough to remain stable for months after opening, without a best-before date.
