Wirz fine egg liqueur 0.5L

A classic eggnog that focuses on the essentials: creamy texture, vanilla aroma and a clean, not overly sweet balance.

Wirz's fine egg liqueur comes from the Wein & Spirituosen Center Wirz and bears the signature of a house product with a clear quality standard: The eggs used come exclusively from KAT-certified farms with controlled floor housing — a difference that is noticeable in the freshness and color of the liqueur.

In the glass, it displays the typical golden-yellow color of a well-made egg liqueur. The nose offers aromas of vanilla and egg yolk, while the palate is creamy and smooth with a mild sweetness and a warm, short finish. At 20% ABV, it falls within the classic range—strong enough to remain stable for months after opening, without a best-before date.

  • Neat , slightly chilled (8–10 °C) as a digestif
  • Served over ice as an uncomplicated summer drink
  • In the kitchen : over vanilla ice cream, in dessert creams or as a base for a quick mousse

Wein & Spirituosen Center Wirz

Albrecht Wirz is a winemaker from the Mosel and a trained cellar master – someone who doesn't just sell wine, but knows it from the ground up.

In his Wine & Spirits Center in Berlin-Tegel, you get the feeling of visiting an old acquaintance who always has a good recommendation ready. Besides fine wines, you will find a passionately curated selection of whiskies, rums, gins, and distillates here – collected from Scotland, Ireland, Italy, and beyond.

Not a coincidence, but the result of real travels and real curiosity. Anyone who wants to can simply drop by Brunowstraße 17 – and taste right on the spot.
