Truffles to go from Giuliano Tartufi: four truffle specialties in a compact gift box.
The Italian manufacturer Giuliano Tartufi has been processing truffles for generations according to traditional recipes from the heart of Italy.
The set contains:
- Porcini mushroom and truffle cream (45 g) – earthy, full-bodied, deep umami
- Parmesan truffle cream (45 g) – creamy-salty, intensely aromatic
- Truffle sauce (50 g) – concentrated truffle aroma, ready to use
- Extra virgin olive oil with white truffle (55 ml) – delicately nutty, aromatic
Creams over pasta, risotto, or toasted bread. Truffle oil over fried eggs, asparagus, or burrata. A mature Pinot Blanc or a light Nebbiolo pairs well with this.
