Taittinger Brut Réserve small bottle 0.375L

Fresh, fine, and with a creamy perlage: The Brut Réserve stands for the classic style of the house of Taittinger. In the 0.375-liter bottle, it is enough for two glasses, as an aperitif or as a small start to a special evening.

Champagne Taittinger is based in Reims and relies on a high proportion of Chardonnay in its cuvées, which gives the Brut Réserve lightness and elegance. The champagne is created via bottle fermentation: the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, after which it matures on the lees. Hence the balance of freshness and fine maturity.

In the glass, brioche, peach, white flowers, and vanilla bean appear. On the palate, it is fresh and dry in the Brut style; the brioche note carries through to the finish. Serve it at 8–10 °C. It pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, savory cheese pastries, or chicken in cream sauce. The small bottle is suitable if you want to toast as a pair without opening a large bottle right away.
