Stahl refill "Bright side of life" dry
A white wine that shows what Franconian winemakers can do with international grape varieties: fresh, aromatic and without compromise when it comes to drinking pleasure.
Christian Stahl from Auernhofen in the Franconian Tauber Valley consistently works on wines that are approachable without being superficial. His latest offering, "Bright Side of Life," embodies precisely that: an uncomplicated everyday wine with genuine character that doesn't need to be cellared for long.
The nose is dominated by pineapple and ripe melon, accompanied by fresh citrus notes. On the palate, a spicy depth emerges—green pepper, slightly herbal—giving the wine a pleasant tension. The acidity is present but integrated, the finish dry and clean.
