The Giustino B. from Ruggeri is one of the most famous Proseccos from Valdobbiadene — named after the founder of the house, Giustino Bisol, who brought the winery to life in 1913. Ruggeri is one of the established producers in the heart of the Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, a growing region that has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019. The Glera grape variety grows here on the steep hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

In the glass, it shows a vibrant light yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose brings fresh pear, white peach blossom, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is round and vibrant at the same time — the subtle residual sweetness typical of Extra Dry remains clearly integrated without appearing heavy. The finish is fresh, with a light floral aftertaste.

The 1.5-liter magnum bottle makes the Giustino B. the ideal companion for tables with several guests. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C. Goes well with antipasti, salmon carpaccio, light risottos, or as an aperitif before the meal.
