Roveglia Lugana Riserva Vigne di Catullo

The fully ripe grapes for the Roveglia Lugana Riserva Vigne di Catullo, from vines at least 55 years old, are carefully hand-harvested into small baskets and rigorously selected. The undamaged berries are then pressed with a 50% juice yield. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 18 months. The wine boasts a rich bouquet, resulting from the balance between cooler, mineral notes and ripe fruits such as apple, pear, and quince. Hints of hazelnut and almond are also present. On the palate, it is silky, juicy, fruity, and subtly mineral.
