Roner Obstler 1.0L
Roners Obstler is a South Tyrolean classic made from freshly harvested Gravensteiner and Golden Delicious apples. The Gravensteiner contributes fresh acidity and spice, while the Golden Delicious adds riper fruit – double distilled in traditional copper stills , which give the brandy its characteristic purity.
Fresh apple aroma in the glass, a hint of quince, mild on the palate, clean fruity finish without harshness or off-flavors.
Neat at 16–18 °C as a digestif, with South Tyrolean grey cheese or Stilfser, with apple strudel or after a cheese fondue.

Roner – South Tyrolean distilling tradition since 1946. Founded by Gottfried Roner, the distillery is now run by the third generation, Karin Roner. Specializing in grappas, liqueurs, and fruit brandies – made from regional fruits, with a keen eye for quality. What goes into this? Their own grappa distillery, modern processing facilities, and an in-house quality control laboratory. In 1999, wine was added to their portfolio with the Ritterhof winery. Craftsmanship, tradition, and a love for the South Tyrolean terroir – evident in every bottle.
