Reuza Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Reuza extra virgin olive oil is a Ligurian organic blend of 60% Sicilian Biancolilla and 40% Taggiasca. The name Reuza — Ligurian for rosé — suggests the delicate, light character of this oil.

The Biancolilla contributes floral notes and a delicate artichoke character, while the Taggiasca rounds it off with mild fruitiness. The finish reveals a subtle spiciness—a sign of intact polyphenols. Overall, a fine to medium fruit style: approachable without being one-dimensional.

Best used cold: drizzled over steamed vegetables, with fried fish or shellfish, and with cream cheese. Do not use for frying. It also makes a good table oil for light sourdough bread.
