Reuza Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Reuza combines 60% Sicilian Biancolilla with 40% Ligurian Taggiasca — an unusual blend that yields a mild to medium-fruity oil with a clear aromatic profile. The olives are harvested when they are slightly purple and not yet fully ripe, which preserves the polyphenols and thus the characteristic finish.

The nose offers aromas of freshly cut grass, Mediterranean herbs, and floral notes. On the palate, the Biancolilla reveals a delicate artichoke bitterness, while the finish displays a subtle spiciness—both signs of careful processing.

Its mildness makes it more versatile than stronger Tuscan oils: drizzled over fried fish and shellfish, with vegetables and fresh cheese, but also in mayonnaise or over vanilla ice cream. Not for frying —the aromas develop best when cold or lukewarm.
