Moser Family Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir

A white wine made from a red grape variety: For this Blanc de Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified as if it were a white. The result is a wine with fullness and structure that should surprise connoisseurs of Cabernet.

It comes from Château Changyu Moser XV in Ningxia, a wine region in northwest China at the foot of the Helan Mountains. Behind the estate is Lenz Moser, who comes from a traditional Austrian winemaking family. The name Moser Family stands for his signature in China. Ningxia has developed into one of the country's most important quality regions in recent decades.

Exotic fruit aromas appear in the glass, accompanied by fine spice. Subtle influences of French barriques give the wine additional depth without masking the fruit. On the palate, it appears powerful and round; it remains elegant in the finish.

We recommend it well chilled at 8 to 10 °C. It goes with fried poultry, duck breast with fruit sauce, Cantonese dishes, or mild goat cheese.
