MAN Vintners Sauvignon Blanc

MAN Vintners Sauvignon Blanc
An uncomplicated South African wine with a clear focus: fresh, aromatic, and with enough structure to stand up at the table.
MAN Vintners is a joint venture of three winemaking families from South Africa's Coastal Region . The abbreviation stands for the three founders' surnames: Mouton, Adriaan, and Naudé. The focus is on approachable wines made from classic grape varieties that showcase the straightforward craftsmanship of South African family winemakers.
In the glass, the Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of grapefruit, green gooseberry, and a hint of fresh herbs . The acidity is lively without being harsh, the body is lean, and the finish is clean with a slightly mineral note.
