Linguine Tricolore

Linguine Tricolore from Italy — three colors, two natural ingredients: spinach for the vibrant green, chili pepper for the warm red, and durum wheat semolina for the classic yellow. The pasta is colored exclusively with natural color extracts, without any artificial additives.

The colors hold up well in the pot. Linguine are particularly well-suited for dishes without tomato sauce—light sauces made with cream, butter, or olive oil really make the three colors pop. They also make a visually appealing pasta salad. Cooking time: check for al dente ; the thin shape cooks quickly.

Pairs well with lemon butter and shrimp, Gorgonzola sauce, or a simple aglio e olio. A dry Pinot Grigio or a light Vermentino goes well with it.
