Laborie Impossible Red

The Laborie Impossible Red is a red wine blend created through hand-harvesting and gentle processing of the grapes, resulting in a particularly fruity and exquisite wine with a very favorable price-to-quality ratio. The grapes come from a high mountain in Paarl, South Africa. The wine is incredibly elegant and juicy. Aromatically, the Impossible Red is very spicy, with dark aromas such as chocolate, mocha, and coffee coming to the fore. This blend is soft, juicy, and full-bodied, with both sweet, fruity elements, a perfect structure, and a long finish. Falstaff 2019: 92 points for the 2017 vintage
