Bramasole Syrah Cortona DOC
The Bramasole Syrah Cortona DOC is a wine with character – dark, juicy, and full of joie de vivre. It smells of ripe plums, warm sunshine, and a hint of vanilla, spreads softly on the tongue, and finishes with a long, spicy aftertaste.
Combining power and elegance in one glass: a full yet well-balanced body that plays with fine, sweet tannins without being heavy. The nose entices with blackberries, cedarwood, and a hint of white pepper – a wine that makes you want to drink it, not just describe it.
Born from 100% Syrah grapes at Tenuta La Braccesca near Cortona, it boasts a 14% alcohol content, which it easily handles. Served at 16–18 °C, it proves to be an ideal accompaniment to roast beef, lamb, or a strong cheese – or simply as a moment to take time for something good.

La Braccesca lies in one of the most beautiful corners of Tuscany – where Montepulciano meets Cortona. Across more than 330 hectares of vineyards, a fascinating contrast thrives: the elegant Nobile di Montepulciano from old Sangiovese vines and the powerful Syrah of Cortona , which has found its ideal home in the clay-rich, hot soils at the foot of the city.
The estate has belonged to the Marchesi Antinori family since 1990 – and bears their signature: respect for tradition, courage to evolve. The underground cellars, where barriques and casks made of European oak mature, are symbolic of this. Wines that don't deny their origin – and yet tell its story anew.
