Kesselring Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc

Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are a classic Palatinate combination: one brings richness and ripe fruit, the other tension and structure. Lukas Kesselring uses precisely this interplay to create a cuvée that showcases both qualities – without one grape variety overpowering the other.

The Lukas Kesselring winery operates in the Palatinate, one of Germany's warmest and most diverse wine regions. Limestone and loess soils shape the style of the white Burgundy varieties here: full-bodied, yet with enough acidity for freshness and length.

In the glass, the cuvée displays typical aromas of yellow apple, ripe pear, and a hint of hazelnut . The Chardonnay component provides a creamy mouthfeel, while the Pinot Blanc sets the tone: crisp acidity, a mineral finish, and no heaviness. A white wine with substance, but without the heaviness.
