A cool, restrained nose of slate, herbs, dry yeast pastry, and a touch of yellow stone fruit. Clear and delicately juicy, invigoratingly fresh with a certain drive, very stimulating and vibrant aromas of peach, yellow plum, herbs, more slate, and a hint of salty minerality. A firm body with backbone and upright posture, rich in extract, precise, and full of tension. Towards the finish, a touch of extract sweetness emerges, and the stony minerality becomes increasingly powerful and concentrated, while the fruit doesn't disappear but rather travels with the stone. The tension remains, leading to a long finish with herbs and extract sweetness, an intense stony note that adds another twist towards the salty, the yellow fruit becomes more tart, and everything is deep and lasting.
