Finca el Grajo Viejo
Finca el Grajo Viejo is a red wine with a clear signature: dense fruit, structured tannins and a finish that doesn't linger.
The name refers to the old vines of the finca — viejo stands for the deep roots that have grown over many years, giving the wine its concentration. Castile and León, or Castilla y La Mancha, are classic homelands of such fincas with old Garnacha or Tempranillo vines, which yield little in dry summers but produce wine with real character.
The nose reveals ripe dark fruits—blackberry, plum—underpinned by spice notes such as black pepper and a mineral undertone. On the palate, it is full-bodied with tannins that provide structure without being harsh. The finish is long and spicy.
