Etichetta Bianca Gavi del Commune di Gavi

Bottled in Bordeaux bottles, it best embodies the winery's tradition, not least because it is its flagship wine. Its vinification method was developed between 1946 and 1950 (when it was known as "Gran Gavi"). The grapes used to make it come from young and vibrant vineyards, which give it its distinctive freshness. Made from ripe grapes, this Gavi di Gavi develops a concentrated structure and a harmonious bouquet. The dry taste is enhanced by pleasant fruit aromas. Selection: 3-star Silver Medal for the 2015 vintage

La Scolca

La Scolca is an Italian winery from the Piedmont region. Founded around 1919 by the Soldati family, it is now in its fifth generation, managed by Giorgio Soldati and his daughter Chiara Soldati. The winery's vineyards are located just a few kilometers from the sea, benefiting from ideal temperature conditions. The soils are characterized by limestone and clay, as well as a high iron content. La Scolca cultivates grape varieties such as Cortese, Cortese di Gavi, and Pinot Noir on its 50 hectares of vineyards.
