Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay

Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay
The Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay comes from the Uco Valley in Argentina – a high plateau at around 1,200 meters altitude, which gives this wine its special freshness and vibrancy. If you're looking for a Chardonnay that doesn't use oak and instead puts the pure fruit of the grape in the foreground, this is the perfect wine for you.
The grapes are organically grown and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests on its lees, which gives it texture and a pleasant depth without sacrificing its freshness. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections ; the bouquet opens with tropical fruits, citrus, peach, and green apple, accompanied by subtle floral aromas.
With its medium body and refreshing acidity, it goes wonderfully with light dishes:
- Grilled fish or seafood
- Creamy pasta without heavy sauces
- Fresh salads and goat cheese
