Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon

Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon
The Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon is an Argentinian red wine for those who want to combine clear fruit, mineral depth and organic cultivation in one glass.
The grapes come from the Uco Valley in Mendoza , where they grow at an altitude of around 1,200 meters. The cool nights and intense sunshine ensure slow ripening and pronounced aromas. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, using only the grape varieties – this keeps the fruit vibrant and pure.
In the glass, it displays a rich purple color. The nose offers ripe cherry, blackcurrant, and a hint of black pepper , underpinned by a delicate minerality. On the palate, it impresses with a medium body and soft, mature tannins.
Ideal for:
- Grilled beef or lamb chops
- Mature hard cheeses
- Rustic pasta dishes with tomato sauce

The vineyard lies in the foothills of the Andes, at an altitude of approximately 1200 meters. The thermal conditions at this elevation contribute to the production of fully ripened grapes with excellent acidity. The grapes are characterized by their exceptional acidity. They are harvested by hand, and the vineyard is certified organic.
