Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay Reserve

The Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay Reserve is made from grapes from Alto Gualtallary, Tupungato. At 1200 meters altitude, this vineyard is one of the highest in the Mendoza region. There, the grapes for the Reserva wines grow in the estate's own vineyards, which are managed to deliver the best quality while maintaining the lowest yields.

The Chardonnay wine rests for 6 months on French oak and also on the lees before it is bottled.

The wine then has a greenish-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, you can perceive tropical fruits and floral citrus notes. On the palate, it feels balanced and supple. Overall, the wine is very fruity, showing notes of vanilla and a refreshing acidity.
