Cellini Grappa Riserva Barricata Prosecco 0.5L

A mature grappa from the heart of Veneto — distilled from the pomace residue of the Prosecco grape, then aged in barrique barrels until the typical sharpness of young grappa has given way to a round, warm structure.

Cellini represents the approachable, artisanal style of northern Italian grappa—not a rustic pomace brandy tradition, but a Riserva honed for elegance. Aging in small oak barrels gives the distillate its amber hue and noticeably shapes the flavor profile: vanilla and caramel from the wood mingle with the floral and fruity notes of the Glera grape, accompanied by a slightly smoky undertone in the finish. The texture is smooth, the finish medium-long and warmer than that of unaged grappas.

Serving suggestion: Neat at room temperature as a digestif after a risotto or fish dish—the fruity notes of the Prosecco pomace are best appreciated without ice. For cocktail enthusiasts: a splash in an espresso-based drink makes a characterful alternative to the classic grappa for a finishing touch.
