Cellini Crema Pistachio

A creamy pistachio liqueur with a soft, velvety texture – Cellini Crema Pistacchio combines the warm, nutty character of roasted pistachios with the sweetness of a classic cream liqueur.

Behind the Cellini label is Herzberger GmbH & Co. KG, which produces appealing cream liqueurs for the European market under this line. The recipe relies on roasted pistachios as its aromatic heart – a nut that is less common in the liqueur world than hazelnut or almond, but brings a distinctive note with its slightly bitter, earthy-green profile.

In the glass, it displays a pale green, creamy liqueur. The nose is dominated by roasted pistachio, accompanied by vanilla and a hint of butterscotch. On the palate, it is soft and full-bodied, with a pleasant nutty sweetness and a mild, rounded finish without any overpowering heaviness.

Served chilled as a digestif – ideally straight from the fridge – it makes a great impression.
