Bibi Graetz Bollamatta Brut Rosé is an unconventional sparkling wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. These grapes come from the same 50-80 year old vineyards as Testamatta and Colore. This rosé captivates with aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries, complemented by delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh and refined, with a fruity, lingering finish. Its beautiful copper color makes it a visual delight as well. Produced using the Long Charmat method, this sparkling wine boasts an elegant and pleasing perlage. A true pleasure for lovers of exquisite wines.
