Black berries, cassis and a hint of dark chocolate — the Archimedis shows what California's red wines are known for: ripe fruit, warmth and smoothness without heaviness.

Behind the wine is Delicato Family Wines , a family business with roots in the San Joaquin Valley that has been cultivating wine since 1924. Over three generations, Delicato has become one of California's most experienced producers — focusing on approachable, fruit-forward styles from sun-drenched vineyards.

In the glass, the Archimedis displays a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose is dominated by blackberry and blackcurrant, beneath which lies a soft layer of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, it is round and juicy, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly warm finish.

Ready to drink now, ideally at 16–18 °C . Pairs well with beef brisket, pasta with meat ragù, or a mature cheddar. Also a great choice as an uncomplicated accompaniment to a barbecue.
