Antica Sambuca Raspberry

A Sambuca that combines the classic anise base with raspberry fruitiness — sweet, light and uncomplicated in style.

Antica Sambuca comes from Antiche Distillerie Riunite , one of Italy's most traditional Sambuca producers. The raspberry variety adds a fruity note to the classic anise range—typical for the international liqueur market, where flavored Sambuca varieties have been popular for years.

The raspberry aroma clearly dominates in the glass, supported by the anise sweetness characteristic of Sambuca. The finish is soft and sweet, with a light fruity freshness that rounds off the star anise base note. Its ruby-red color makes it visually striking.

Served classically: neat, well chilled, or on ice as a digestif. Also suitable as a base for simple cocktails—for example, topped with Prosecco or as a sweet accent in long drinks with citrus soda. For those who prefer a traditional approach: a shot in an espresso ( caffè corretto ) works surprisingly well with the fruit version, too.

ANTICHE DISTILLERIE RIUNITE

Antica Sambuca comes from the heart of Northern Italy – more precisely from the valley between the Dolomites and Venice, where the Rossi d'Asiago distillery has been working according to a traditional recipe for generations.

The foundation: the finest star anise and 17 carefully selected botanicals, distilled using traditional methods that aren't simply abandoned here. The result is a Sambuca that remains classic – yet still manages to surprise. Because alongside the timeless original, variations with coffee, raspberry, cherry, and more await discovery.

Tradition meets modern standards here – and you can taste it.
