Anthoinette Château Castera Blanc

A dry white wine from the Médoc with a clear aromatic profile — named after Anthoinette de Montaigne, who in 1616 signed one of the oldest known deeds for the sale of Médoc wine.

Château Castera is located in the northern Médoc, not far from Saint-Estèphe. The estate boasts centuries of winemaking tradition and is now one of the few estates in the region that also produce white wine — a rarity in the Médoc, where red wine dominates.

In the glass, the Anthoinette Blanc displays aromas of elderflower and almond, along with peach and citrus peel. The palate is fresh with lively acidity, the finish dry and slightly floral.
