11 Minutes Rosé Trevenezie

The 11 Minutes Rosé Trevenezie from Pasqua Wines Cellars is a lightly pressed rosé wine from northeastern Italy – produced in the heart of one of the most beautiful landscapes around Lake Garda. It is aimed at those who appreciate elegance without sacrificing lightness.

The name says it all: the grapes are pressed with exceptional gentleness for exactly 11 minutes . In this short time, the must imparts just the right amount of color and aroma to the wine – no more, no less. The result is a delicate salmon pink with an intense bouquet of fresh fruit and subtle spice notes. The blend of grape varieties, including the local Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana , as well as the international Syrah and Carmenère, creates a balanced structure with pleasing depth.

This rosé goes perfectly with:

  • light appetizers and antipasti
  • grilled fish or seafood
  • mild goat cheese
  • summer salads with berries

Served chilled, at around 8–10 °C , it unfolds its full potential – whether on the terrace in the evening light or as an aperitif among friends.

Pasqua Wines Cellars

The name Pasqua stands for wines, vineyards, and a deep connection to the land. Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine was founded in Verona in 1925, born from the family's love for Valpolicella. Three generations of people with a Veronese heart and an international soul share the same great passion: viticulture and the production of unique wines, first in Veneto and then also in the Italian regions of the most prestigious DOC.
