The Wolfram Proppe winery is located in Löberschütz in the Gleistal valley of Thuringia, within the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region. Founded in 2007 by viticultural technician Wolfram Proppe and managed jointly with his wife Wencke, the estate places great importance on natural cultivation, the maintenance of regional traditions, and the preservation of both historical and sustainable grape varieties.
