Founded in Chianciano Terme, Tuscany, in 1948 by Jole and Roberto Marabissi, the confectionery brand began with traditional Tuscan cantucci made from Signora Jole's original recipes. Over the decades, Marabissi has maintained its focus on artisanal quality, premium ingredients, and historical recipes, creating legendary sweets such as panforte, ricciarelli, amaretti, and their signature Torta Chianciano.

Jole and Roberto Marabissi founded their pastry shop in Chianciano Terme in 1948 – with cantucci made according to the original recipe. Three generations later, panforte, ricciarelli and amaretti are still made there according to the same principles: select ingredients, no shortcuts.
