The focus is on Grüner Veltliner and Riesling – two grape varieties that have been rooted in Austrian viticulture for generations and thrive particularly well in the Weinviertel region. Ingrid Groiss concentrates on wines that don't deny their origins: peppery spice in the Veltliner, delicate fruit and vibrancy in the Riesling. A Pinot Noir completes the red wine selection.
